The version on cpan (0.22) is buggy crashes from time to time. Please use the version from github (https://github.com/goccy/p5-Compiler-Lexer) until a new version is published to cpan. For your convinence a working snapshot from github of Compiler::Lexer is included in this distribution and will be installed when you run Makefile.PL NOTE: Only tested with Perl 5.18 and newer. So in case you want to use is with older versions of Perl slight modifications might be necessary.
